Username is the numeric trader login 5311001, not the cTrader ID name. Connection ports and qualifiers update automatically.

The hosting server can reach cTrader and the supplied FIX credentials are accepted.

Port passes + FIX rejected or times out

FIX issue

Re-copy the case-sensitive FIX credentials from cTrader and check whether the same quote session is already active elsewhere.

Both ports refuse the connection

Network issue

The endpoint is refusing that public source IP, or a local/provider firewall is blocking the connection.
